Becca Coventry Headshot

Like all my colleagues here at Sanctuary, I am deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, providing knowledgeable expertise and insightful experience. My approach is strength-based and intersectional, as well as trauma-informed. Our work together will be genuinely informed and affirming of your identity, and offer a sanctuary where you can explore, grow, and heal authentically.

For all couples, I understand that relationships can be both beautiful and challenging. I work with you to create a space that balances structure and skills with strengthening the bonds of communication and intimacy. Together we will work to deepen your partnership and understanding of one another.

My experience also includes facilitating therapy groups, where I often integrate holistic practices like yoga, Qigong, tai chi, and reiki. I’ve also worked with individuals of all ages in a community mental health setting and found my passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults.

I am here to provide a safe, welcoming space where we can navigate life’s challenges together. Whatever you’re facing, I am ready to walk alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery. Please let me know how I can help.

Becca Coventry, MA

Psychotherapist (She/Her)

Life’s journey can often be emotionally intense, but you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to meet you where you are, build a trusting relationship, and help you navigate challenges with compassion and understanding. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing hopelessness, anger, anxiety, depression, and trauma, using a client-centered approach rooted in mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and spiritually integrative techniques.

I believe that understanding yourself is a cornerstone of mental health. While self-discovery can feel uncomfortable at times, it also opens the door to profound growth. If you’re interested, I incorporate the Enneagram into therapy to explore your personality, how you view the world, and your role in shaping your life. This powerful tool can help clarify career paths, enhance relationships, and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

Becca holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Moravian University.
