Jessica Sublett, LCSW, MSW
Psychotherapist, Children & Family Specialist (She/Her)
Are you noticing changes in your child’s behavior or possibly in your own mood and well-being? Perhaps your once cheerful, outgoing child is becoming withdrawn and anxious, or you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression. Whatever your age or situation, I’m glad you’re reaching out, and I would love to offer my support.
I specialize in helping children explore their emotions and navigate challenges through play therapy, creating a safe and expressive environment. This approach allows children to communicate naturally, process complex feelings, and build resilience. Through play, they develop healthy coping skills and emotional regulation. I also work closely with families, offering guidance to support their child’s growth and foster a nurturing home environment.
In my work with adults, I provide a strengths-based, integrative approach for addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and unresolved trauma. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapies, I am prepared to support your unique story in ways that suit you best. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and inner resilience, promoting holistic growth and healing to create meaningful, lasting changes that enhance your overall well-being.
Whether I’m working with children, adults, or families, I create a warm, inclusive space where every client feels heard, understood, and supported. With families, we work on strengthening bonds and improving communication; with adults, we focus on reclaiming self-worth, managing stress, and moving forward with clarity.
If you or your child are seeking a compassionate and effective therapeutic experience, I invite you to reach out. Let’s connect to discuss how I can support your journey toward a happier, healthier future. Together, we can make meaningful progress for you and your family.
