For couples, relationships can feel strained by conflict, disconnection, or unresolved wounds. I support partners in strengthening their bond, improving communication, and addressing relational challenges with care and respect. As a trained Prepare & Enrich® facilitator and student of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, I offer guidance for couples at all stages, whether navigating pre-engagement, pre-marital, or post-marital growth. My approach emphasizes the unique dynamics of each partnership, helping couples build trust and deepen their connection.
For women facing the heartache of infertility, the challenges of postpartum life, or the deep grief of pregnancy loss, I am here to offer a deeply supportive and safe space to share your struggles, to process your emotions, and to find strength during these life-altering journeys. I am so passionate about helping you heal and rediscover hope during these profound chapters.
If you’re ready to begin, I would be honored to companion and support you on this journey. Let’s talk.

When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to imagine a way forward. Whether you’re navigating the pain of grief, the lasting effects of trauma, or the confusion of self-doubt, these struggles can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. In this space, you’ll find a compassionate and grounded presence to support you through life’s most challenging moments. Together, we’ll create a pathway toward healing, helping you reconnect with your sense of self and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Many individuals come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety, complex trauma, grief, or struggles with identity. You may feel weighed down by emotions that seem impossible to untangle, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work deeply with you as you face these challenges, using a combination of traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help you process your emotions, build self-awareness, and foster lasting resilience.
