Psychotherapist, Music Therapist-Board Certified (She/Her)
Maybe you’ve noticed that making a change in your life is a difficult. Many people struggle to find their footing in the world at one point or another – this can be a large source of anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and stress. I want you to feel at ease to be your most authentic self, and to feel genuinely safe and comfortable as we explore your concerns together. Above all else, I prioritize warmth, comfort, and compassion at the core of the work we do. I promise to tell you honestly and compassionately what you need to hear, even when it might be difficult to face right now.
I believe the most important part of counseling is the therapeutic relationship. This means that the trust we build together is the foundation of our work. It is so important to me to be able to meet you where you are, and genuinely understand who you are as a person in addition to what is going on in your life.
I work with people from all walks of life. Children, Adults, Couples, Families – most of my career has been spent in Philadelphia with my background including work in inpatient settings and recovery communities. I am also familiar with working as a team with immediate family members, healthcare providers, and school staff to ensure my clients are receiving the best possible care for their respective needs. I have helped people navigate and heal through some powerful life experiences, and I would love to help you as well.
