Hannah Griffin, LPC, NCC, MA

Psychotherapist (She/Her)

Are you feeling weighed down by overwhelming anxiety or struggling to stay focused due to ADHD? I want you to know that you are not alone in this journey, and I am here to provide the compassionate support and professional expertise you need to navigate through these challenges.

Living with anxiety and ADHD can be incredibly tough, and it's okay to feel the weight of these emotions. I want you to know that I genuinely care about your well-being, and my goal is to help you find relief and regain control over your life. I specialize in working with individuals who are facing the daily impact of anxiety, ADHD, and other concerns. I have seen firsthand how these struggles can affect every aspect of a person’s life. I'm committed to being by your side, supporting you as we explore ways to face these challenges together.

Supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community is an area of both passion and expertise for me. Our sexual and gender identities may or may not be a direct area of focus in therapy, but working with someone who genuinely understands how these identities intersect with and inform other aspects of our life is essential. We all need and deserve support that requires as little “educator burden” as possible.

If you’ve experienced trauma, I want you to know that healing is possible. Our trauma-focused work will gently guide you through this journey, helping you to grow beyond past wounds and find a sense of inner peace. In our counseling sessions, you will find a safe and nurturing space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions without any judgment. I understand that every person's journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit your specific needs and goals.

I fully understand the impact that ADHD can have on your personal and professional life. That's why I am here to offer comprehensive support and practical strategies to help you thrive. Together, we will build essential organizational skills, effective time management techniques, and coping strategies that align with your unique strengths.

Using proven therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused techniques, we will work together to uncover the underlying causes of your anxiety. Through this process, we will find ways to foster healthier thoughts, behaviors, and coping mechanisms, empowering you to face life's challenges with newfound strength.

If you're ready to take the courageous step towards a more balanced and fulfilling life, I encourage you to reach out. You don't have to carry the weight of these challenges on your own. Let's embark on this journey together, where I will walk alongside you, providing the care and guidance you deserve. Please don't hesitate to contact me to schedule a consultation. Remember, there is hope, and positive change is within your reach. I'm here to help you find it.
