Therapy is a Journey That You and Your Therapist Take Together.

During trying times, having someone to walk alongside you and offer support is extremely helpful. Your therapist connects with you and tunes in to your unique challenges with the goal of drawing out the healing potential you already have inside of you. Oftentimes, the answers we seek are already inside of us, and your therapist works to help you unlock those answers. Our therapists listen deeply and actively, seeking to connect your present challenges, underlying fears, and desires.

What Does a Typical Session Look Like?

A typical session will consist of you and your therapist in a private, quiet room. Your therapist will listen empathetically to your challenges, learn about you and connect with you. Your therapist will share insights and provide support unique to their therapeutic style.
